Group One Partners, Inc. is committed to incorporating sustainable elements in our projects and working with our clients to further develop operational, financial and environmental benefits. Our approach to each project is to reduce consumption of non-renewable resources, minimize waste, and create healthy productive environments that will enhance indoor environmental quality; and optimize operational and maintenance practices. Continuing our dedication to sustainable design, Group One Partners, Inc is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and currently has several LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professionals.

In our efforts to further explore areas of sustainability we are in the process of creating this educational and hands on section to our website that will not only highlight our completed works but offer links to many sustainable construction and educational organizations.
